When I’m trying to save, there was a problem connecting to the server.

Try this first

Leave the tab open with your unsaved work in it. Open up a second tab and go back to our login page. Once logged back in go back to the first tab and try to save again.

 

If you have lost your internet connection:

Restore the internet connection and go back to the first option and try again.

If you are not sure when you may gain an internet connection again, it is possible to download the template file to your computer and upload it back when your internet connection has been restored.

 

To download your email template to your computer:

In the email studio:

  1. Enter designer mode by pressing ctrl+alt+shift+d
  2. Select “export template” from the upper right next to the save-and-continue button
  3. Once the internet is restored, you can upload the file into your template library

In the legacy template editor (old editor)

  1. find and expand the upload/download HTML and files section
  2. Click the download HTML button in the left column
  3. Once the internet is restored, you can upload the file into your template library
