Managing Your Lists

Go to  Contacts >  Lists on the main navigation menu.

To add a list

Click “Add List” Go here for more on adding a list.

For each previously added list listed:

Order –  The order your Contacts will see when viewing Lists.
List Label –  Type in a descriptive name for your List.
Display –  The display option to show when Contacts sign up or update their profile.
Active Contacts –  Contacts active on the list.
Deactivated Contacts –  Contacts deactivated active in the list.
Edit List –  Click on the edit icon to edit the list
Delete List –  Click on the x icon to delete the list

Merge Lists

Warning – list merging cannot be reversed

1. Click on the Merge Lists icon.
2. Select the Source List / Lists
3. Select the Destination List
4. Select Merge

Move Contacts to List

1. Click on the Merge Lists icon.
2. Select the Source List / Lists
3. Select the Destination List
4. Check the checkbox to remove the contacts from the selected source lists after the contacts have been moved
5. Select Merge
